Rehab

Injuries recover faster when you're moving your body. A personalized plan is crafted to be executed as a home program or with a provider for accountability, empowering you to take control of:
  • building strength and stability of the joints;
  • improving foundational functional movement patterns;
  • enhancing mobility and flexibility;
  • translating your progress into sports specific movements -- agility, change of direction, and deceleration.

30 minute sessions are used for most injuries;

60 minute sessions are used for more complex cases.
