course + paces |

Each Monday night we will meet at The Recovery Room, 32 Bank Row, Pittsfield MA, to lace up our laces and run as a community!
​We recognize that runners have different paces, so we've structured our runs accordingly. The course, set in downtown Pittsfield, MA, will range from 2.5 to 5 miles, depending on the workout's focus and pace group.

​Each workout will start with a warm up lap around the block, followed by a 5 minute dynamic warmup and quick discussion around the running topic of the day, like sneaker selection, gadgets and gear, pacing, and much more!
Coach Dave and Coach Jenn will then go over the prescribed distance and effort/pace for the day's run.
Each workout will be finished with a cooldown stretch and chatting with the coaches about your goals, how the workout went for you that day, and any questions you might have for them.

Beginner (>12 minute/mile) + Beginner Intermediate (9-12 minute/mile)
Christina will guide this group of runners on a similar, but slightly shorter course.
Advanced Intermediate (7-9 minute/mile) + Advanced (<7 minute/mile)
Regine will lead these 
runners on a longer or faster-paced run.

​This ensures everyone can run comfortably and enjoyably, regardless of their pace. Join us to find the group that best matches your running level and goals.

attire + gear |

Both men and women should wear comfortable athletic clothing like shorts, leggings, tank tops, and t-shirts. As temperatures cool in the evening, consider bringing a sweatshirt to warm up and cool down with. Essential gear includes running sneakers and optional accessories like Garmin, Apple, or Fitbit watches, and a Polar heart rate monitor for tracking performance.

Class may cancel due to inclement weather, but you will be notified by 1:30 PM, four hours prior to the start time.
​While rain isn't ideal, we will still run unless the weather creates unsafe or slippery conditions. Please dress accordingly for the weather, and check for notifications to stay updated. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

push strollers + dogs |

We welcomes experienced moms to bring their babies in jogging strollers, providing a great opportunity to return to running post-partum. However, for safety and liability reasons, dogs are not permitted on our runs.

Although there are spaces directly in front of our facility and Patrick's Pub, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to secure your spot and ensure a stress-free start to your visit. Parking is free after 4pm.

McKay Parking Lot | only a 3 minute walk to our shop; Ample parking is available
East Street  |  directly across from our facility, in front of the shops and church
Allen Street  |  next to Otto's Kitchen & Comfort
West Street  |  directly in front of District Kitchen & Bar

early arrival |

We encourage early arrival to allow time for check-in and wardrobe changes. Our goal is to respect your scheduled appointment time, and arriving a bit early ensures we can start promptly. In rainy or snowy weather, please remove your shoes and place in reception area before heading further into our facility to limit puddles and keep the facility dry.

Our restroom and lockers are strategically located in the back of the facility, through the powder room door, and to the right, providing a convenient space for changing and securing your personal items during our run. The front door will be locked during the entirety of the run, ensuring the safety of your belongings even if all lockers are taken. This setup provides peace of mind so you can focus on your workout without worry.

The full class fee will be incurred if a 24-hour notice is not given.
No-shows will be charged for the full class price.
Day of cancellations for illness or emergency must contact the reception team, or a full service charge will be incurred.
