attire |Wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for your session.
We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing that can easily be moved to reach the target treatment areas. For example, for a knee issue, please wear shorts; for a upper back/neck/shoulder treatment, females please wear a regular clipping brassiere or spaghetti strap tank top for easy access and easy reassembly. While in the Normatec Compression, dry athletic gear is appropriate. |

parking |Although there are spaces directly in front of our facility, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to secure your spot and ensure a stress-free start to your visit. Please be mindful of spaces needing meter payment and time allowance for free spaces.
Pay by Plate parking is Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm. First 30 minutes is free, but you must still enter your pay by plate on the kiosk or in the Passport Parking app to receive. Download the Passport Parking Pass App to easily and swiftly pay your meter. Additional parking locations:

early arrival |We encourage early arrival to allow time for check-in and wardrobe changes. Our goal is to respect your scheduled appointment time, and arriving a bit early ensures we can start promptly. In rainy or snowy weather, please remove your shoes and place in reception area to limit salt and keep the facility dry.

changing room + lockers |Our restroom and lockers are strategically located in the back of the facility, through the powder room door, and to the right, providing a convenient space for changing and securing your personal items during your session.

cancellation policy |The full service fee will be incurred if a 24-hour notice is not given.
No-shows will be charged for the full session price. Day of service cancellations for illness or emergency must contact the reception team by 9am, or a full service charge will be incurred.
