 We're excited to announce our Grand Opening: Saturday, January 7th, 2023, from 10am until 2pm! Come celebrate the opening of the new storefront at 32 Bank Row, in the center of Pittsfield. Snacks and refreshments will be served, along with door prizes featuring local small businesses!  Take a look at the new space where we offer elite recovery for every day athletes. Our main Recovery Treatment and Assessment services have their own designated area to focus on getting you back to what you love to do: run, swim, lift, or basketball.  We will be showcasing our new Power Hour Service of cold plunge, sauna, and normatec compression. Rejuvenate your body and mind as a solo meditative experience or a small group of up to four of your friends. Only want 1 of the power hour parts? Just want the cold plunge? Hop right in! Only want the normatec? Kick those feet back! Need to get warm from this winter chill? Grab a robe and get cozy!  I'm excited for this next chapter to begin and to share it with our Berkshires community!
